Tried to gain a PC shuttle to the lakes but, like most people, that didn’t work out for us. Connected with ViaVia last minute and they were able to make it work door-to-door from our hotel. We had a great day visiting Moraine and Louise with ample time at each place (which was awesome) and the driver, Simmi, was a treasure! She shared interesting info about the park and gave us great insight about what we might enjoy during our stay. Shout-out to Simmi on making our first trip so enjoyable. The van was small enough that we met wonderful people on our ride, too, so that was a bonus! Highly recommend.

We recently used Via Via for the Moraine Lake shuttle with my 75-year-old mother and my daughter, and it was one of the best shuttle experiences I've had in all of my global travels.
The online information was accurate, detailed, and easy to follow, making planning our trip simple and stress-free. The shuttles are new, exceptionally comfortable, and limited to just 13 passengers, creating a much more enjoyable experience than a crowded bus. They also sent timely reminders and real-time updates the morning of our trip, including our driver's name and exactly when to expect pickup. That communication eliminated any uncertainty about where to wait, whether our shuttle had arrived, or if we were boarding the correct vehicle. For us, that level of organization and the smaller, more personal shuttle experience were major advantages over being packed into a large shuttle or old-school bus with 50 or more people.

For Moraine Lake, our driver was Scotty, and once again he was more than a driver. He was a tour guide.
Scotty provided in-depth information along the way and pointed out areas of interest. He made a point to engage all of the folks on the bus so he knew what they wanted to get out of their day. He provided wonderful tips on how to get the most out of your time at Moraine Lake, which trails to take and how much time each different trail would take so you could best plan your time

My wife and I went on the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise morning tour with VIAVIA. Kale was a great driver and even better guide. Their pick up schedule was super punctual and communication from reservation to pick up was top notch. It was well worth the money to not have to worry about parking at the lakes and going super early to even get into the lakes. Kale was great about giving us and the entire group suggestions on what to do at each lake for the time allotted. Van fleet was new and very clean. Highly recommend VIAVIA and especially Kale for your lake excursions while in Banff area.
My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Via Via. We booked this as an alternative to the Parks Canada shuttles, which despite every effort to secure lottery tickets was a stressful and impossible process, and we were happy with our decision. The shuttle drivers were prompt and professional. Mike, especially, made our day by not only pointing out interesting facts along the route, but even providing specific guidance for a nearby hike we were interested in based on the trail conditions. This shuttle was worth the relaxation of knowing we had local pick-up, and the option for a late return was what ultimately sold us.

It was a great adventure day for us and far exceed my spectations, with BEC as our tour guide-driver she fills us in with every key places and her pleasing personality makes this trip enjoyable. She even keeps accompany to Mother 83 years old when she can’t walk that far. Highly recommended 🙌🏻🤩
5 stars all the way for this shuttle service!!! I booked with them for the Moraine Lake Adventure because I did not want to deal with the insanity that is waking up early on a specific date in a different time zone to secure a reservation for a Roam Transit Superpass, then deal with the crowds on the Parks Canada lake shuttle. Turns out most of the reservations on the 8X to Lake Louise sold out on the release date anyways. Reserving a date and time and later changing to a different time on their website was a no brainer process. Bec was the nicest driver, offering insight into the Banff area even if she didn't have to, which was a nice extra. And many thanks to her driving that allowed our van to be the first one at the gate on opening day of Moraine Lake Road! We were able to beat all the other tour groups to the Rockpile and enjoy it there peacefully for a while.
We had booked the 8am - 3pm shuttle and it was just enough time to complete the Consolation Lakes Trail (needed more time to account for the snowy conditions on June 1) and after, to walk the Lakeshore Trail partially and back to the parking lot. I'm thankful I opted to extend our stay at Moraine Lake and that Via Via gave us the option to even do so, as the 1pm return time would have been too rushed for us. Via Via was great! We used them to get to Lake Moraine for a day of hiking. I took for granted how hard it would be to get a shuttle reservation through Parks Canada. I called Via Via about an hour before leaving for the airport for our trip in a bit of a panic. (I believe I spoke with the owner.) He was super helpful and helped me plan out the day for our hike. Haleigh was our driver on the way there and Jake for our ride back. Both were super nice and had interesting facts to share about the area on our drive. Never felt overly touristy or cheesy...just genuinely nice people. Vans were on time for both legs of the journey and were very clean.
This Moraine Lake Sunrise & Lake Louise Golden Hour Experience was a true adventure with spectacular views!!! The deep aqua water of Moraine Lake is like no other! The Lake Louise stop was just picture perfect every step. Although there are a lot of people the amazing pics of the lake wrap around with space for all! Our guide Clem’ was a jewel! She took such good care of each person and got us there safely in the dark!!! This will be a treasured memory for me! I am grateful to be able to use this shuttle service to help ease the planning and execution of time well spent in one of the most dpectacular areas of The Canadian Rockies!!! Bravo!!!!
Absolutely best shuttle in Banff!! Great number of options for the regular sightseers and the avid hikers. We searched and searched for an option to be dropped off at Moraine Lake to do a couple long hikes and were struggling to find any.
Thank God we saw one of their cars in town and I checked out the site online. They were PERFECT!!
We booked an Early am drop off and late pickup which gave us plenty of time to hike Larch Valley, Sentinal Pass and the rock pile. Not to mention both our drop off and pick up drivers were top notch!!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!
