Children's safety seats are available for children aged 2 and up or weighing 40lbs (18kg) or more.

Please inform us in advance if you need a children's safety seat or if you will be bringing your own. The children's safety seat can stay in the shuttle during your lake visit.

Small pets are welcome if they can fit in a carry-on cage on your lap.

We did the 3 Lakes tour. The only reason we did it was because it’s nearly impossible to get shuttle tix for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake via Canada’s Park website. As frustrated as I was trying and failed to get shuttle passes, it was a blessing in disguise. The tour with ViaVia was worth every penny and more! Our tour guide, Simmi was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She enhanced the already wonderful tour. Had we gotten the passes with Canada Parks and Recreation, we would’ve have missed so much because Banff is more than just Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. His knowledge was truly exceptional, and he brought every destination to life with fascinating stories, local legends, and interesting facts. Jake explained everything from the famous Boss Bear and Splitchick Bear to the unique Rundle mountain terrain, making each stop even more memorable. He even shared the fun tradition that if you climb an unnamed mountain, you can propose a name for it! His knowledge of the landscape was outstanding, including the meaning behind Moraine Lake and why Emerald Lake has its spectacular emerald-green colour. Every viewpoint became so much more meaningful because of his insightful explanations. One of the highlights of the day was visiting the magnificent Takakkaw Falls. Jake made sure we had the best viewpoints, shared the history behind this incredible waterfall, and ensured we had plenty of time to take it all in. His sightseeing tips throughout the day were invaluable and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. On top of being an outstanding guide, Jake is an exceptionally skilled driver. Navigating the winding mountain roads with complete confidence, he made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Jake's enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine love for the Canadian Rockies made this one of the best tours we've ever experienced. We left with unforgettable memories and a much deeper appreciation for Canada's spectacular landscapes. If you're lucky enough to have Jake as your guide, you're in for an amazing experience. It was a truly wonderful tour. The tour information was published well in advance through various channels. Bec picked us up in Banff, and the journey to Lake Mouraine was quick and safe. They provided us with information in a clear and concise manner. Then we continued on to Lake Louise and Lake Emerald. On the way back, we were lucky and saw a black bear and some elk.
