This large numbers of personal vehicles filling the town of Lake Louise and parking shortages.

Moraine Lake is NOT accessible with personal vehicles
The access road to Moraine Lake has been closed to personal vehicles since last summer. The only way to access Moraine Lake now is through shuttle services.
Finding parking in Lake Louise is extremely challenging
With Moraine Lake’s road closure, its increasing popularity, and most operators only departing in Lake Louise, finding parking in Lake Louise has become extremely challenging and the cost of parking increased with 75% this year. (Nearly $40 – not including a National Park entrance fee)
In 2023, an average of 1,200 vehicles per day parked at the Lake Louise lakeshore, and between 3,000 and 5,000 vehicles per day were turned away because the parking lot was at capacity.
Don’t let parking woes ruin your day! Say goodbye to circling for spots and extra costs. Book your spot on our shuttle & make the most of your Moraine Lake adventure!
There will be extra traffic due to Lake Louise road construction
This summer, Parks Canada will be undertaking necessary road constructions on Lake Louise Drive, the access road to both Lake Louise & Moraine Lake. With the usual summer traffic and anticipated delays from construction, leaving your car at the hotel or campsite is a smart move.
Avoid the roadwork headaches, relax on our comfortable shuttles, and arrive at your destination stress-free.

He offered hot drinks when we got to Lake Moraine and when we came back down. We traveled to Lake Louise where he shared where to get a snack at the Fairmount ( croissant was delish) and the best trails to hike. I would highly recommend this shuttle service again, my only feedback would be an option to tip the drivers, I found out that Venmo is not in Canada…yet.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.ashok kanuriI had a wonderful day with the Via Via tours. The pickup and drop in worked out pretty much planned. Our Tour guide Sheilagh is amazing 🤩Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.B BorgesHighly recommend it, big thank you to Alex! This experience was everything I was hoping for and more! My friend and I booked the early morning shuttle to catch the sunrise at Moraine Lake. They picked us up at Canmore, you can select which hotel they’ll pick you up from and with options in Canmore or Banff. Our driver Alex was super nice, professional and informative, he made the experience even better! He gave us suggestions on where to watch the sunrise from and how to easily get there in the middle of the dark, also things to do once you’re done, answered every question people had and talked about all things Banff. They provided blankets and a hot beverage. It was a cloudy day but still made for an beautiful view, I would book with them again!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Bradley EvansWe had a great time on the two stop tour. Tyler was knowledgeable about the area and made a fantastic hot chocolate for us between the two lakes.
