It was really convenient to be picked up just down the road from our hotel and dropped off at the nearby stop on the way back. I'd really recommend Via Via if you're in the Banff area and don't want to make your own way to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
Absolutely brilliant morning with Via Via at sunrise visiting Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Nick, our driver/guide, was absolutely lovely! He was so informative, helpful and chatty. Really appreciated the blankets when we got to Moraine - it was chilly! The morning ran so smoothly, with clear timings and agenda. Would really recommend!
Outstanding shuttle service. Nathan was super flexible on rescheduling our trip to Moraine Lake and drove us both ways. Safe, courteous, and a genuinely super nice guy. I would highly recommend this experience. Hot drinks, blankets, stops with extra views, washrooms, and the scenery... Omg... Breathtaking! The staff was lovely and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Amazing! Even on the cloudy morning, I had the best time. They go above & beyond - hot drinks on arrival at the lake, BLANKETS you can hike with or sit on beside the lake. I will definitely book again next time I’m in the Rockies.
We had a great experience with Via Via on our sunrise Moraine Lake tour! The van was on time to pick us up. Grace, our driver, was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and I loved that blankets were offered and hot drinks to watch the sunrise. I wouldn't hesitate to take a tour with them again!
It was absolutely perfect. Our driver,Grace, was so LOVELY!! She was lively and fun and well informed. Everything was well timed. The vans were clean and comfy. The blankets and hot beverages were a great addition. I highly recommend the sunrise trip!
