Unfortunately, we do not provide children’s safety seats at this time. If you’re travelling with children who require a children safety seat it is your responsibility to bring this with you. Our drivers are more than happy to give you a hand when installing the safety seat!
is your shuttle wheelchair friendly?
Unfortunately, our shuttles are not equipped with a lift system. However, if you’re able to step into the vehicle our drivers are happy to lend you a hand a store the wheelchair in the back of the vehicle.
Some viewpoint in Banff National Park might be challenging to access with a wheelchair, but it is possible to access the lakeside viewpoints at both Moraine Lake & Lake Louise with a wheelchair.

When you’re travelling with us, you don’t have to worry about it! Via Via Shuttle covers the National Park Entrance fee at a discounted rate for all their guests. However, if you’re planning on accessing the National Park before or after your trip with us you will still be required to purchase a Park Pass.

Moraine Lake is not accessible anymore for personal vehicles since the summer of 2023. Lake Louise is currently still accessible with personal vehicles, however we recommend taking a shuttle to visit Lake Louise if you’re looking to make the most of your time while visiting. Finding parking in Lake Louise is extremely challenging and expensive. Last summer, 1500 – 3000 cars got turned away daily due to full parking lots.
